7-day no-questions returns
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return on any item. The piece must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
How to start a return
- Go to My Orders and tap "Return or replace".
- Choose a reason and tell us your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
- We'll send our courier to pick up the package — free within Dhaka, ৳ 80 elsewhere.
- Once we receive it (1–3 days), we'll refund you within 3 working days.
Refund timelines
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket: 1–2 working days
- Card: 3–7 working days
- COD orders: refunded to your Ziha Wallet instantly, or bank transfer in 3 working days
What can't be returned
Underwear, swimwear, custom-made or personalized items, and anything washed or worn.
Damaged or wrong items
Photos help! Email hello@ziha.com.bd within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace and waive any fees.
